Growing independent car dealership is looking for a highly organized bilingual English and Spanish Dealer Assistant with previous Buy Here Pay Here experience
This is not an entry level position We need someone that already understands dealership operations and can move fast
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
Organize and maintain deal files and paperwork
Assist salesperson with processing credit applications
Verify customer information including employment residence and references
Follow up with customers when needed
Coordinate with sales and office team to keep deals moving
Help manage daily office flow
Requirements
Must be bilingual English and Spanish
Must have previous car dealership experience Buy Here Pay Here preferred
Strong communication and phone skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
