We are hiring motivated individuals for an Entry-Level General Labor position in Baytown, TX! Basic general labor experience is preferred. Just a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (may transition to 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM in the coming months)
Responsibilities
-Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
-Push, pull, load, unload, and stack materials.
-Use power tools, including drills, to complete assigned tasks.
-Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
-Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
-Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Qualifications
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
-Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
-Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
-Pass background and drug screen
