Attic Buddies is looking for an experienced former HR professional, recruiter, or People Operations leader who believes great companies are built by great people.

You'll become a trusted advisor to ownership and play a key role in shaping the future of our company.
Responsibilities
Recruit and hire outstanding field and office employees
Conduct interviews and reference checks
Coordinate onboarding and orientation
Train new employees on company policies and expectations
Maintain employee files and hiring documentation
Help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Support performance improvement and employee relations
Assist leadership with coaching and conflict resolution
Recommend improvements to hiring, retention, and workplace culture
Help build systems that allow our company to grow with excellence
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
Previous HR, recruiting, or People Operations experience
Strong interviewing and communication skills
Knowledge of employment compliance and HR best practices
Excellent organizational skills
Professional judgment and confidentiality
A passion for helping people succeed
The confidence to respectfully coach both employees and leadership
