Dean’s Professional Services is hiring Staffing Coordinators to join our Hospitality & Healthcare Staffing Team. These positions are responsible for full cycle recruiting, staffing, and client development. Great candidates are flexible, organized and used to handling many things with urgency!
**NOTE – this is an internal position with Dean’s Professional Services working inside our corporate office**
Position pays up to $45K / annually** based on experience.
1-2 years of staffing or recruiting experience (OR) medical office management or hospitality management experience
Sourcing, recruiting or experience in a HR / Recruiting Department is a PLUS
Social Media recruiting experience a PLUS
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Bilingual a PLUS
Aligning and assisting client and candidate expectations to fill open orders.
Management of placements, temporary and direct hire
Must have the ability to capture, grow and maintain client / employee relations
Understanding revenue and growing revenue
Candidate sourcing, screening and interviews.

Technology Savvy– we not only work with Microsoft Office Suite software, but because of our partnerships and customization with our customers work within 10+ different applications and software systems. Social media recruitment practices are required.

Flexibility– Our goal is to build a partnership with our clients, as a staffing coordinator / account manager, flexibility with integrity is the key to success. We can customize just about any of our services to fit our clients’ needs. Travel, some nights / weekends, software utilization, etc. are all apart of flexible service.
