My monthly income currently comes from VA disability compensation and self-employment through courier work and two businesses I am actively building. While my income is in a growth phase, I have never missed or been late on a rent payment in my entire rental history and I am fully committed to maintaining that record. My budget is under $1200 for 2 bedrooms.
