This job requires great organization to keep up with all the moving parts.
Our primary responsibility is to schedule our clients' medical visits and make sure they receive the best possible communication.
Responsibilities:
- Handle schedule changes and reschedule appointments
- Communicate effectively with other departments to make sure everyone is on the same page for scheduling
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports and other documents
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates
Qualifications:
- Ability to keep organized and function efficiently in a fast-paced position
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Good with managing a calendar
- Must be reliable and possess great customer service skills, must be good w/people
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have computer skills to include Word and Outlook
- Be prompt and reliable
- Have reliable transportation
