Responsibilities include being a team lead/team member who assists with all the day to day operations of a Home Care Company. We have a position available in Phoenix office.
We provide Attendant care and Respite services for clients in their own homes.
Networking/Marketing with referral sources (by phone and email as well as in person) this is a must have ability in order to do this position. BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS THAT LEAD TO NEW CASES AND INCREASING THE CLIENT CENSUS AND THE HOURS THE OFFICE SCHEDULES.
10 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE MINIMUM!
2 YEARS VERIFIABLE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN A RELEVANT FIELD WILL BE CONSIDERED with managing directly other employees. Large groups of employee management will be considered.
Must be able to do on call to answer after hours and weekend phones, no exceptions.
Must have a high level of computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel - Email and internet skills, as well as scanning ability and use of Drop Box. Understand the use of a computer software program after training.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as needed for client visits this requires a valid driver license. Driving is a daily activity with this position.
- Must pass a background check.
Client intakes and follow up visits in the field, Networking to referral sources this is with your own vehicle. Scheduling staff, managing care givers that report to the office. Very busy phones, filing, organizing, setting up and conducting employee training's Human Resources, other various duties as required.
