Full Time, Part Time

Accurate Home Care offers part-time and full-time positions in Houston and surrounding areas. Our primary service areas are Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery and Waller County. We are searching for caregivers for morning afternoon and evening shifts for both weekdays and weekends!

Job Requirements:

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

Up-to-date license required for CNA applicants
High School Diploma or GED preferred for Home Health Aides and Companions
Be at least 18 years of age or, if under 18 years of age, be a high school graduate or enrolled in a vocational education program
Access to reliable transportation
A caring and compassionate demeanor
Be dependable, responsible and reliable
Ability to pass drug test and background check
Prior experience in caring for a loved one is a huge plus! We are willing to train the right candidate for the job.

Responsibilities/essential functions :The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Provide assistance with hygiene such as bathing, oral care, and dressing.
Observe and report any safety hazards that may impede mobility or cause the client harm.
Make bed, serve meals, keep environment well maintained.
Assist in correspondence and taking phone calls to alleviate client's needs.
Attend staff meetings, attend/complete 12 hours of annual in-services, and participates in orientation of new employees.
Maintain patient confidentiality/adheres to HIPAA requirements and agency policy and procedures manual.
Possess the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
