This is a Medline XW. It is about 24” wide in the seat. Back has a pouch. Foot peddles swivel out of the way. Arms have arm rests. All but tires are in good shape. I believe it holds up to 500lbs.
I had no clue Houston heat in a garage would dry rot the tires. New tires on Amazon are $8 - $20 each.
