As a yard trailer, just add tires and it’s good to go.

To be made street legal it will need the lights rewired and a proper hitch. The title is long gone so the buyer will need to go the ‘home built’ route. Needless to say… This trailer is NOT suitable for rolling down the road in its current state. It will need to be transported on a trailer.
