11500 watt, Duel fuel Generator by Duramax, low hours and runs great and works as needed, I'm upgrading to a larger one as my house is all electric and even though this Generator will power my house and AC unit it still limits me to running much of anything else.
I have serviced the unit and changed the oil before every 50 hours of operation. Very easy to service and the unit has a push button start and a pull rope if needed.
