Mechanically 10/10. The structural frames, heavy-duty reclining mechanisms, and cushion foam padding are all in sturdy, excellent shape with no sagging.
Cosmetic Note: There is typical peeling/wear on the faux leather material along the armrests and parts of the seats (visible in photos). No structural rips or deep structural damage. Perfect candidate for stylish slipcovers, throw blankets, or a cheap DIY leather repair kit!
