In great shape, taken apart with all parts, hardware, and instructions included. Our granddaughter loved this and it is a great space saver. It has a cork board above the desk, full length guard rail, and slats (14) are included. Bed will hold an estimated weight of 165 lbs. All wood and built to last.
Note: Very good mattress included if needed
