This is a real leather, very expensive chair that was part of a set that got split up over time. Now all I have left is the chair and I'm moving and it just doesn't work in my new place.

No joke, this chair was well over a $1000 new.

Overall it is in excellent condition but it is certainly "used" furniture so don't expect perfection.

Rough dimension are 54" wide x 36" tall @ the back x 40" deep (front to back).

I'm in the Montrose area.
