Fabric is perfect. All the wear is to the wood. See actual pics from every angle.

No major blemishes, no holes, no rips, no tears, no deep scratches.
Chair is heavy and very structurally sound. No makers mark anywhere on the chair.
Wood can easily be refinished if need be.....though I personally like the distressed wood look better.
The in-person color of the fabric is a medium grey on the seats and the backrest fabric is a tannish light brown
