This dining set is in perfect condition. It was purchased from Pettigrew Luxury Furnishings when they had their Houston Showroom. Each of the beautiful chairs retailed for $1,150 so this is a great price for the table and chairs. The table is approximately 44" wide and 31" tall. The table has 2 removable leaves to accommodate various spaces and various size gatherings in your home and the length ranges from 55" to 96" ==> 55" length with no leaves in the table, 75.5" length with one leaf inserted, and 96" length with both leaves inserted. In the photos the table has one leaf so it has the 75.5" length.l
