It is called a pine box casket, newly built and stored indoors.
It is a split top where you can open both the top half and bottom half for viewing.
The casket fits into standard sized grave liners/containers.
The outside dimensions are 78 & 1/4” long X 16 & 3/4” tall by 24” wide.
It has a soft, unbleached continuous cotton rope handle.
The laws that regulate the funeral /cemetery industry require that funeral homes and cemeteries must accept a casket that loved ones buy from any where they want to. Loved ones of the deceased are not required to purchase a casket from their chosen funeral home or cemetery.
This casket was made to be beautiful, dignified ,simple and affordable.
