This is a Buffalo Pottery Deldare Ware plate, from the "Ye Olden Days" series, featuring the "Ye Town Crier" scene.
The plate depicts three Colonial figures in a village setting.
It is part of the Deldare Ware line produced by Buffalo Pottery Company, which operated from 1903 in Buffalo, New York.
Deldare Ware was produced from 1908 to 1909 and featured hand-painted scenes on an olive-green base.
The plate is signed by an artist and marked on the base with the company logo and "Made at ye Buffalo Pottery - Deldare Ware - Underglaze".
The width is 8 3/8 inches for a salad plate or 10 inches for a dinner plate.
