• I’m the legal owner with the deed in hand
• The transfer will only be handled in person directly through the cemetery office to ensure it’s 100% official and secure.
• For your protection and mine, payment will be accepted in person at a local Chase Bank by secure wire transfer or cash to ensure full buyer and seller protection. Once funds are verified, we will visit the cemetery office for the deed to be signed and transferred.
I will not accept PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, gift cards, third-party checks, money orders or any other unusual payment methods. No exceptions.
