Please help with concrete placement (Waller Texas)

Forgive me, I just need some help. I needed some crushed concrete, but it was too expensive. And I am completely broke, I moved here from corpus. Christi took a job with Mustang engineering. I can barely feed my daughter that has autism check yet. My house is for sale in corpus christi am in a travel trailer , parked in front of a airplane , hangar in Waller , texas. Where my trailer is parked is where the trailer hookups are at the side of the building.When it rains , it's about 4 to 5 inches, deep, I got some busted up concrete from my neighbor across the way it has Rebar in it and needs to be busted up. I don't have the ability to do it and I cannot get to my vehicle when it rains or my daughter can't either. I just need somebody to help me bust it up. Get rid of the Rebar and spread it. So I have a place to park that we can get to. I need this very, very desperately and I would be extremely grateful for any help.
