BASIC WOODEN FENCE (6' Tall Pickets)
--2 rails, standard pickets: $5.99 per linear foot (ALL PICKETS MUST BE ON ONE SIDE)
--2-3 rails + 2x6 rot board: $6.50 per linear foot (ALL PICKETS MUST BE ON ONE SIDE)
--Good Neighbor Fence – 2 rails: $6.50 per linear foot
--Good Neighbor Fence – 2-3 rails + 2x6 rot board: $6.75 per linear foot
--Good Neighbor Fence – 2-3 rails + 8"-12" rot board: $7.25 per linear foot
A Good Neighbor Fence (also commonly called a "neighbor -friendly" fence) is designed to look attractive from both sides. Unlike a standard wooden privacy fence (where one side shows the smooth pickets and the other side shows the rails/posts — the "ugly" side), a Good Neighbor Fence alternates the pickets on opposite sides of the rails in each section.
BASIC PLUS WOODEN FENCE (Up to 7'2" Tall)
--With 8"-12" rot board + 6' pickets: $7.00 per linear foot
--Custom with cap & trim (6' pickets): starting at $7.50 per linear foot
COMMERCIAL WOODEN FENCE (8' Tall Pickets)
--With 2x6 rot board: $9.50 per linear foot
--With up to 2x12 rot board: $10.50 per linear foot
--Custom with rot board, cap & trim: starting at $15 per linear foot
GATE INSTALLATION (Labor Only)
--Single walk gate (3-5 ft wide, up to 7 ft tall): $155
--Double driveway gate (8-12 ft wide): $245
