We are seeking a high-energy, dedicated General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations for a new opening restaurant at The Woodlands, part of the group's expansion. Core Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing front-of-house team. Foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, control labor costs, and optimize COGS to ensure maximum profitability without compromising standards.
• Guest Experience: Maintain a consistent, premium service environment. Resolve guest issues with poise and ensure every visitor leaves satisfied.
• Operations: Oversee daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and health/safety compliance.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Restaurant GM or Assistant GM in a high-volume setting.
• Strong financial literacy and experience managing restaurant budgets/expenses.
• A "lead by example" mentality with exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
