Job Description:
As a Cook & Prep with a focus on customer service at The Social Pub and Grill, your primary responsibility is to ensure that every guest receives top-notch service while enjoying our culinary creations. You will play a pivotal role in exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble ingredients for daily menu items.
Assist the kitchen team in executing dishes with precision and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate seamlessly with fellow cooks to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Prioritize exceptional customer service, attending to guest needs and questions.
Be attentive to guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring their satisfaction.
Support inventory management and contribute creative ideas to enhance our menu offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a Cook & Prep.
A passion for cooking and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and a commitment to safety standards.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Possession of a Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Wage: $10 - $12 per hour
