Pizaro’s Pizza is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Houston location. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong background in hand-tossed pizza, high cleanliness standards, and proven leadership skills.
Position Details:
45–55 hours per week
Nights & weekends required
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
Maintain excellent cleanliness and food safety standards
Lead by example in hand-tossed pizza production
Train, motivate, and build a strong team culture
Scheduling, labor control, and shift management
Ensure consistent food quality and customer satisfaction
Ordering and maintaining par levels.
Requirements:
Strong experience with hand-tossed pizza (required)
Proven restaurant or pizza management background
Team-focused leader with a strong work ethic
Detail-oriented and reliable
Pay & Perks:
$45,000–$55,000 salary (based on experience)
