Job Duties Include:
• Follow our steps of service, standard operating procedures.
• Greet guests pleasantly
• Walk guests through the ordering and payment system
• Highlight menu, food and beverage options, and make suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions/allergies
• Follow the cash handling and cash register policies
• Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant's dining and service stations
• Communicate with Chefs and Managers to ensure food is delivered to guests promptly.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Participate in required training sessions and team meetings.
• Assist team members as needed
• Inform the MOD about guest complaints, feedback, or inquiries.
• Monitor intoxicated guests and report them to the MOD
• Inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
• Perform additional tasks requested by the leadership team

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience as a Server
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including beer, wine and cocktail pairings
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Fluent and fully conversational in English
• Must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
• Able to lift, up to 35 lbs. in weight
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Must be available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions--must be flexible
