We’re looking for experienced team members with at least 1–2 years of experience as a Server or Barista.

Citizen of Montrose is an Aussie all-day full-service restaurant located in the Montrose neighborhood. We’re a hospitality-focused spot known for great service, quality food, and a warm, community-driven atmosphere.
We’re looking for Servers and Baristas to join our team and support daily service in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and consistency matter.
We’re looking for people who are:

- Full weekend availability required
Compensation
- $4 per hour + 100% of tips = average of $10-16/hr
