As a Line Cook/Prep Cook at Bunga, you’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and presentation standards. - Assisting with food preparation tasks, such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours. - Monitoring inventory levels and communicating any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager. - Supporting other team members as needed to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (line cook or prep cook). - A strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent time-management and multitasking skills. - A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team. - A commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
