- Maintain labor costs, scheduling, and employee matters

- Ensure restaurant is ready and up to par with all Health Code requirements

- Monitor temperatures, cleanliness, and staff compliance with restaurant procedures

- Handle customer issues, including dietary constraints and customer complaints

- Responsible for inventory control and general product ordering

- Train, guide, mentor, & motivate your fellow employees

- Provide a quality customer experience for all


- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma

- 3-years Restaurant & Shift Leader Experience with stable work history

- TABC Certification Required (can be acquired after hiring)

- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds

- Ability to work on your feet through an entire shift on your feet

- Must speak English fluently

- Ability to speak Spanish a plus
