What You'll Do
- Perform daily maintenance, upkeep, and repairs throughout the property and guest rooms
- Conduct quality checks on assigned rooms to ensure they meet standards
- Lend a hand at the front desk, laundry, and housekeeping when needed
- Keep our grounds, parking lot, and pool area clean and welcoming
- Complete routine preventative maintenance tasks on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Prior maintenance experience in a hotel, apartment complex, make ready, or similar setting
- Working knowledge of basic repairs: drywall, paint, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpet, tile, and more
- Comfort and proficiency with standard maintenance tools and equipment
- Self-starter who can work efficiently and independently without close supervision
- Strong organizational skills and ability to track daily work completed
- Physical ability to lift, push, or move items of approximately 50+ pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Friendly, professional attitude with great communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if needed
