We have a large, and modern One bedroom living accommodation with all your utilities paid, WIFI internet is included, plus we pay for your cell phone up to $50.00. You must be a nonsmoker. Job requirements and responsibilities are:
Fluent ENGLISH AND SPANISH ARE A MUST! Working Weekends opening and closing the office on time each day, answering phones, showing storage rooms to new tenants, collecting rent, checking customers in and out. When not doing general office duties you must be able to walk the property every day, also maintaining the facilities cleanliness, checking locks, etc. You must do this without constant supervision. Good communication skills, both on the phone and in person, also basic computer skills. If you know how to type, it sure is a plus!! Come and fill an application.
