Position Overview
We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for baking and dessert creation. Bakers of all experience levels are encouraged to apply. While professional or extensive baking experience is preferred, we are willing to consider motivated candidates who demonstrate talent, creativity, and a strong desire to learn.
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake high-quality cookies and other desserts.
Assist with recipe development, testing, and refinement.
Maintain consistency in product quality and presentation.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate on new flavor concepts and seasonal offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in baking, pastry arts, or dessert production (preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Creativity and willingness to experiment with new recipes.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Interview Process
