HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Deer Park TX is looking for a Supervisor to join their safety conscious team! The Supervisor is responsible for two or more crews by planning, leading, organizing, and coordining the daily operions of the service line crew. This includes responsibility for the proper operion of equipment, driving operional efficiencies the work site and ensuring accure documention reled to the job is completed in a timely fashion. Ensures compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintains/improves good customer relions by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services. RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
-
Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner all times;

Promote HPC-Industrial’s safety, environmental and operions policies;
-
Manage a crew to safety and accurely complete HPC-Industrial operions;
-
Timely and accure completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions;
-
Train and develop equipment technicians. (5% - HPC-Industrial equipment technicians);
-
Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner/exhibit excellent communicion/human relion skills;
-
Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services;
-
Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualificions:
Must be able to wear protective clothing or equipment. This includes, but is not limited to Nomex coveralls, a back belt, slicker suits, rubber boots, a fresh air brehing mask and escape pack and a hard h;
Must be able to work under extreme clime conditions (excessive high he index of 95+ degrees Fahrenheit, 98% humidity and subzero weher conditions) relive to geographic locion;
Must be able to withstand exposure to dust) chemical and environmental), fumes (chemical and fluids), exhaust and highly pressurized fluids.
Wh does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?
Minimum 2 years, verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry;
High school diploma/GED or equivalent;
Strong knowledge in the operion of equipment used in Hydroblasting and vacuum truck;
Strong communicions and interpersonal skills;
Current certificion as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver;
Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment is preferred.
