i have 20 p300-5naazs 300 watt solar edge power optimizers for use with solar panel, 24.00 each. they are used but all work.
i was using them and have now removed my grid tied system. they were working great.
also have for sale 5000 watt SolarEdge inverter used works good. $650.oo .
SE5000H-US000BEU4 and new open box 3000 watt inverter same 650 price.
these SolarEdge systems are too complicated for your average do it yourselfer.
they require a phone app to pair the optimizers with the inverter and a LAN
cable hooked to the internet for monitoring 24/7. of course, the internet
monitoring is free and nice if you like to look at charts and graphs.
these SolarEdge inverters will not work without the optimizers, they
keep the voltage up and the whole string more efficient if you get a panel
or two shaded. so, if you do not have the ideal placement for your panels this
may be a good option for you.
