We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Personal Assistant . This role is administrative at its core, but it’s structured to grow with you.
You’ll start with hands-on organizational work — decluttering spaces, setting up systems, and taking inventory — while we get to know your work style and reliability. As trust is established, the role will steadily expand into more substantial administrative responsibilities, such as scheduling, correspondence, errands, and managing sensitive information.
This isn’t a role where you’re thrown into high-stakes tasks on day one — it’s one where consistency and good judgment early on open the door to more responsibility over time.
What You’ll Do (Early Phase)
• Organize physical and digital spaces (closets, files, storage areas, documents)
• Conduct inventory of household or office items
• Assist with light day-to-day tasks as needed
What You’ll Do (As the Role Grows)
• Manage calendars and scheduling
• Handle correspondence (email, calls, messages)
• Coordinate appointments, vendors, and travel
• Assist with personal or household administrative tasks
