Up for sale is a 1964 Amazon wagon. Over 20 yrs ago it had gone through a restoration of a custom interior and a decent paint job, closely matching the original one year only #85 blue-green. Since purchasing in 2021 I inspected and regreased the wheel bearings, drained the rear end. replaced rubber items, shocks and tires(Nexan 165r 15). Master cylinder and brakes were converted to dual front/back as were used in later models. Clutch master was rebuilt. Gas tank was removed and cleaned, carburetors were cleaned. I installed a new head liner with sound deadening and new non oem rubber floor mats. The heater is bypassed, (who needs a heater in Houston) never checked it. As far as rust it has dings and scratches with surface rust the worst spots are in the pictures. Underside looks good and the floors can be seen in the photos. The nose had some damage then I closed the garage door on it while getting it running, my bad. Texas title in my name. All in all it is well deserving of the restoration I never got to. Or simply do as I did, drive and enjoy as is.
