Avis Budget Car Rental:
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Agent to assist customers with rentals, returns, and general inquiries. You’ll be the first point of contact, helping ensure every customer has a smooth, positive rental experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with reservations, pick‑ups, and returns
- Explain rental terms, coverage options, and vehicle features
- Process agreements, payments, and required documents
- Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Inspect vehicles for mileage, fuel, and condition
- Support the team with light vehicle prep when needed
- Promote upgrades and add‑on services
Requirements
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
