About the Role:
We’re looking for reliable and personable Benefits Representatives to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries, provide product/service information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Our team works directly with unions, associations, and organized groups to support their members by helping them access and understand the benefits they’ve requested. A key part of this role involves working one-on-one with members via Zoom, walking them through available programs, answering questions in real time, and helping them confidently choose the options that best fit their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and Zoom appointments
Conduct one-on-one virtual meetings to guide members through available programs and benefits
Assist union and group members with understanding and accessing their requested benefits
Help members select appropriate programs based on their needs
Resolve customer issues while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Document interactions accurately in our system
Follow company procedures, scripts, and quality standards
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous customer service or virtual support experience preferred (not required)
Comfortable speaking on video and leading one-on-one Zoom meetings
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain programs and benefits in a clear, helpful way
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and video conferencing tools
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
