A qualified candidate needs to have solid customer service experience in electronics field. We are located at Northwest side of Houston, 77095.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, processing orders, and conducting follow-ups with clients.
• Deliver accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform other general office duties as assigned to support overall business operations.
Job Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Some knowledge of QuickBooks
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and technologies efficiently
