We are seeking a motivated and personable Field Canvasser / Scheduling Coordinator to join our team for door-to-door outreach. This role involves engaging with community members, promoting our services, and scheduling appointments to support our marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be bilingual preferred, and have experience in customer service, sales, or canvassing. This position offers an opportunity to develop supervisory skills and gain valuable experience in marketing and community engagement.
As a D2D scheduling Coordinator, you will work side-by-side with a group of award-winning sales professionals offering FREE, no-obligation roof inspections. The canvasser has a competitive hourly rate, plus unlimited commission opportunities. Our compensation plan includes a $20 per hour rate AND $100 for every qualified lead, paid on a weekly basis. This position offers a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday. Plus, there are great opportunities for advancement within our organization. To ensure the best chance to excel in this position, we provide our new team members with online and in-field training.
