I'm a solopreneur running a profitable business. I do it all myself, from sales to delivery to backoffice to filing the taxes and printing the brochures. In other words, I'm overwhelmed. Every day I fall further behind. I hired a virtual assistant in the Philippines for a while, but I was always so busy I couldn't figure out how to delegate, and so I never really used her properly.

I think I need a freelance business consultant, someone who is an expert in process optimization, to come in and observe how I work and help me figure out how to dig my way out of this avalance. Rate negotiable based uppon credentials and experience. Remote is fine.
