ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We're seeking compelling content to amplify our marketing efforts and drive engagement across channels. Our team specializes in SEO, PPC, web development and design, email marketing, and social media marketing. This is a remote, freelance, project-based, contractor position.

Similar roles you may have held: Videographer, UGC Creator, Content Creator.

This role includes shooting your own video and photography content for digital marketing placements, including websites, paid ads, and organic content on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.

You will be responsible for creating new video and photo assets and submitting them by assignment deadlines. From time to time, our project managers will email you creative brief requests outlining project details. You may review each project and accept or decline. Communication throughout the creation and submission process is key. Once approved, you get paid.

Many of our brands want to place their products in the hands of content creators to produce authentic, high-quality user-generated content. Projects may include unboxings, reviews, try-ons, lifestyle videos, and more. Some assignments may include customized creative briefs.

We are primarily seeking creators with experience across industries such as fashion, beauty, wellness, consumer products, technology, food and beverage, experiences, and vice industries (for those comfortable doing so). We welcome talented applicants from all backgrounds who can create engaging content.

This is not an influencer role. You will not be required to post content to your personal social media profiles (though you may if you wish). The content you create will be used by clients on their own platforms. Influencers with strong engagement may be considered for additional campaign opportunities.

Whether you're a seasoned freelancer or looking to leverage your professional content creation skills for extra income (and potentially some free products), this is an opportunity to collaborate with exciting brands while producing high-quality photos and videos.

Our company has a strong remote culture and has supported global team members for over a decade. Some clients are based outside the U.S., and we welcome applicants from anywhere.

QUALIFICATIONS – YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 1+ year of photography, videography, and/or video production experience
• An online portfolio or PDF showcasing brand storytelling skills
• Video editing experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut
• Comfort being on camera and memorizing scripts when needed
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends
• Knowledge of image and video standards across platforms
• Your own equipment (camera, lighting, microphones) and the ability to use it effectively
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to follow direction and meet deadlines
• Openness to feedback and collaboration
• Strong organization and attention to detail

BONUS POINTS:

• Portfolio showcasing conceptual, design, or typography skills
• Passion for social media, photography, and videography
• Ability to identify emerging TikTok and Instagram trends
• Ability to keep audiences engaged as on-screen talent

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Prioritize multiple projects with strict deadlines
• Create a wide range of digital assets (photos, videos, reels, social posts)
• Execute video production from start to finish: research, scripting, filming, editing
• Stay current with social media trends and tools
• Implement feedback from internal teams and clients
• Track, organize, and complete assignments efficiently
• Source music, photography, and other assets as needed

COMPENSATION:

Payment varies based on each content creation gig, typically ranging from $50–$500 for more complex, multi-deliverable projects.

Pay is issued every Friday for assignments completed and approved by Wednesday of the same week.
