I’m a Houston-based Realtor looking for a PART-TIME assistant whose main job is to help me generate and qualify new leads.
This is a results-based role — not just admin work.
🔑 Responsibilities:
• Reaching out to potential buyers & sellers (DMs, texts, outreach)
• Starting conversations and building interest
• Identifying serious clients ready to move forward
✨ Ideal Candidate:
• Strong communicator (confident, not shy)
• Consistent & self-motivated
• Comfortable talking to new people daily
• Sales or real estate experience is a plus (but not required)
💰 Pay Structure:
• Base pay + performance bonuses
• Additional bonus per qualified lead and closed deal
