We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to help with some tech systems, data entry, and inventory solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support for various devices (computers, tablets, printers, etc.)
Manage data backups and security protocols
Data Entry
Accurate data entry for business and personal inventory systems
Help update databases
Create and manage digital filing systems
Process invoices, receipts, and financial documents
Generate reports and track inventory levels
Inventory Management
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills:
Computer Science background or experience with some IT experience
1-2 years experience in data entry, administrative support, or IT assistance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM with high accuracy)
Basic IT / Admin troubleshooting abilities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable transportation and professional appearance
Preferred Experience:
Experience with inventory management software (Airtable,QuickBooks, etc.)
