PRICING & DEPOSITS:
- Rental Fee: $600
- Booking Fee: $300 (due at booking to hold your date - non-refundable)
- Balance: $300 (due 7 days before event)
- Cleaning Deposit: $150 (due at booking - FULLY REFUNDABLE if space is left clean)
TOTAL DUE AT BOOKING: $450 ($300 booking deposit + $150 cleaning deposit)
You get $150 back after your event if the space is left in good condition.
