New tracks and sprockets a year ago. Has 13 ft push blade and does tilt. Enclosed cab but NO a/c. I believe it needs a water pump which as soon as I get feeling better due to my cancer I had plan to have it installed. Only people that ran it much was my father and brother which passed with covid.
