1] up top is a vintage chocolate Larry Mahan [size 7 1/4] with boa snake band with match boa on brim...CLASSIC Custom hat from the 70's, purchased at Stelzig's Saddlery Co. in Houston Texas....this hat has been to rock and roll concerts and Country Dance Hall's across Texas.....BEYOND EPIC...ONE OF A KIND VINTAGE....6X....$150

2] Wrangler 6X Ranger Captain in Fawn color....bought from Cavender's in 2008....worn 2x to HLSR....Flawless "Like New" condition in original box ...[size 7 1/4]....the comparable 6X Hat sells for $300 at Boot Barn and Cavender's....$225 w the original band....pic is w a $100 custom band
3] 15X Black Gold Resistol in original box....This 15X was a Special Order from Cavender's in 2008....worn less than 15x to HLSR....this is an EPIC Hat and is in "Like New EXCELLENT CONDITION"...[size 7 1/8]...replace this hat for $480....$300 w the original band....pic is w a $100 custom band.....15X Beaver Hair" Western Style, Full Brim Cowboy Hat - Coal Black in color by "Resistol" western hats of Texas, where these hats are born. It is a Premier Line "Rancher" style "15 X Beaver" felt hat with a Long Oval Crown shape, which is "self-conforming" in a 7 1/2 inch head size. This hat has a 4 inch brim and a beautiful small black leather western buckle style hat band.
This hat was custom made and constructed in Texas by "Resistol" Western Hats. Made with the finest 100% pure, small underlying "Beaver Pelt Hairs" throughout. This would be comparable to making a product from the underlying downy feathers of a Goose, called "Goose Down". Only in this product they are using the underlying fur or downy like hairs from the pelt of the fresh water aquatic Beaver. This beautiful Beaver Cowboy hat brand new cost me $375 plus tax and I will part with it for $200 OBO. It looks BRAND NEW and appears almost absolutely flawless and would be perfect for any gentleman or lady to wear while looking like a million dollars wearing it too!!!
4] SOLD...SOLD...SOLD...Vintage Hat in light colored Bone....[size 7 1/8] made Locally by American Hat Company and purchased from The Hat Store on Richmond in 1994 ....this is a gorgeous 6X hat with a killer horse horse hair band...this is a legit custom made hat....in original box....This hat is in [VERY GOOD] condition...replacement value for same hat at The Hat Store would cost approx. $400....$150
