We are looking for a strong, take-charge leader who can work independently, make decisions confidently, and help stabilize and operate a large apartment community with professionalism and urgency. The ideal candidate must have prior Houston multifamily property management experience and be comfortable managing day-to-day operations with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing all daily property operations
Managing leasing, collections, resident relations, and renewals
Supervising on-site staff and vendors
Ensuring the property is maintained to company standards
Managing budgets, reporting, and occupancy goals
Handling resident concerns and resolving issues professionally
Coordinating turns, maintenance, and capital improvement projects
Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of multifamily property management experience
-Prior experience managing larger apartment communities preferred
-Strong leadership and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and problem solve
-Knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software
-Strong understanding of Houston multifamily operations and market conditions
-Bilingual a plus
