💼 POSITION
Equity Operations Manager – Moving & Logistics
Schedule:
• 2–3 days per week in office
• Remaining days virtual operations
• Saturday virtual support if a move is scheduled

🔧 RESPONSIBILITIES
You will help oversee and grow the daily operations of the company.
Tasks include:
• Managing and coordinating moving jobs
• Training and supporting moving crews
• Managing logistics and load board contracts
• Running occasional company errands
• Planting marketing road signs when campaigns launch
• Door-to-door business outreach (B2B) to generate partnerships
• Completing 50 outbound outreach / cold calls per week
• Managing moving equipment and inventory for crews
• Taking company vehicles to shop for service if needed
• Supporting growth and operational efficiency of the company
You will play a major leadership role in scaling operations.
