About This Role
Partner with customers to connect ERP workflows with ISA’s DCIM platform. You’ll map finance, procurement, and asset processes, configure integrations, and guide change management for accurate cost-to-serve and lifecycle reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and requirements for ERP ↔ DCIM integrations.
- Configure, test, and document workflows for asset, finance, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate data migration, master data governance, and control design.
- Train end users and produce enablement materials and SOPs.
- Advise on reporting, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 4+ years with major ERP suites (Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
- Experience integrating via REST/GraphQL, iPaaS, or ETL tools.
- Strong process mapping across finance/procurement/inventory domains.
- Excellent stakeholder facilitation and documentation skills.
- Nice to have: exposure to DCIM/ITSM/CMDB and asset lifecycle best practices.
