Each Volume (six Issues) is $10 + S&H except Volume 11-12 (eleven Issues) which is $18 + S&H. Discount when buying multiple volumes.
Shipping & Handling costs for all Volumes are $20 anywhere in the Continental US except Volumes 11-12. Volumes 11-12 S&H costs are $25. Local pickup is Free.
